Just a Thought…

From the moment you awaken in the morning until you fall asleep, you are thinking. The average person experiences between 12,000 and 60,000 thoughts a day. That is a LOT of thinking. In fact, it’s so much thinking that it dawned on me, or I had the thought to spend some time on this phenomenon.

Just what are these things called thoughts and how do they fit into the big scheme of living our lives? Two extremely interesting questions, both worth examining; and that’s just what this episode is all about. Since you do so much thinking every day, maybe you’d like to take a look yourself.
